Job description
We are seeking a full-time Family Physician to provide care at our Realization Campus in Kansas City, MO. As a Healthe Clinic Physician you will provide preventative care, including chronic condition management and other primary care services. Following Cerner's team-based care model, you will coordinate with members of the care team including nurse practitioners, nurses, health coaches and other clinical staff and use Cerner's leading-edge technology to promote good health and illness prevention.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board Certified Physician with the American Board of Family Medicine
- DEA Certification- Federal and State Drug Enforcement Administration
- Licensed in the state of Missouri
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- At least 3 years of work experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Primary Care or Urgent Care or relevant care setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification

- All licensure is current and in good standing
- Must live in or near the Kansas City, MO area
