LOCUM CONSULTANT IN CLINICAL NEUROPHYSIOLOGY

The Great Western Hospital, Swindon and John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford are seeking an enthusiastic and highly-proficient locum consultant in clinical neurophysiology to cover a one year sabbatical of our current consultant neurophysiologist.

The post will involve 3 days per week in Swindon providing a general neurophysiology (EEG and EMG) service within a newly designed and equipped unit, supported by 2.0 WTE physiologists, and two days per week at the regional neurophysiology department in Oxford developing a sub-specialty interest (preferably in sleep neurophysiology) and participating in CME

It is desirable for the post holder to have CCT (or equivalent) in clinical neurophysiologywith experience in all aspects of this specialty. An established interest or a willingness to develop a sub-specialist interest in sleep neurophysiology would be advantageous.
