The Cleveland Clinic, a distinguished academic healthcare system, is seeking BC/BE qualified candidates for a staff position in Cardiovascular Medicine’s Vascular Medicine section.
Applicants should have demonstrated outstanding clinical training, an interest in clinical research and education.
The ideal candidate would have a record of scholarly achievement, board certification/eligibility from the American Board of Vascular Medicine and training in non-invasive vascular testing.
Candidates with additional board certification/eligibility in cardiovascular medicine are also welcomed to apply.
The Cleveland Clinic is an internationally recognized medical center with an integrated health care delivery system. The Cleveland Clinic includes a tertiary care facility located minutes from downtown Cleveland. The Section of Vascular Medicine is part of the Sydell and Arnold Miller Family Heart and Vascular Institute. The section includes 8 staff members and 3 advanced practice providers focused on providing care to patients. The section is engaged in a high volume, complete state of the art vascular lab. The section is home to an advanced lower extremity wound clinic, specialty clinics treating fibromuscular dysplasia, superficial venous disease and a pulmonary embolism response (PERT) team.
There are extensive opportunities for collaborative interdepartmental clinical and translational research. The section also hosts a vascular medicine fellowship program with dedicated faculty involvement in teaching and training. A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience will be with the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.
