We require an enthusiastic and motivated Clinician to join us as our Clinical Lead for Occupational Health and Wellness at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. This influential role will join the Head of Health and Wellness and the Specialist Clinical Manager to design and develop modern, vibrant services for Health and Social Care Colleagues across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The Health and Wellness Service also provides services to small and medium local businesses which contribute to a diverse and varied client base.

We offer a wide range of services, from health promotion and early intervention to pro-active and crisis management intervention; this includes specialist occupational health nursing, physiotherapy and onsite counselling.

For the right candidate we will provide a flexible working life, as we look to offer 10 PA’s per week. In return we will support you to be the very best you can be through education, training and development and access to some of the best research, development and innovation services in the country. We live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country so we can offer a fantastic work life balance. We are well known for our research, development and innovation and we are passionate about supporting our people to be the best they can be. At the same time we offer the opportunity to live in a county where the sea is never far away, the arts and music scene is vibrant and London or Manchester is only an hour away from Newquay Airport.

Applicants are required to be on the GMC Specialist Register, or within six months of their expected date of receipt of a CCT / EU equivalent certification at the time of interview. Applications are welcomed from those unable to work full time for personal reasons or those wishing to job-share.
