Consultant Cellular Pathologists

Applications are invited for 2 suitably qualified Consultant Cellular Pathologists to join the team based at RWT. We are seeking colleagues who would like to work in our friendly department with shared responsibilities and special interests. The existing team of consultants have a close collaborative working relationship, meeting daily to discuss difficult cases and management matters.
The department at RWT has a well-founded reputation for training, with five specialist trainees in the department including two ST1s. As the service transitions to BCPS an additional 3 trainees will transfer to the RWT site. The successful candidates will be expected to share this training responsibility equally with their colleagues.
Applicants should have completed Specialist Training and be entered on the Specialist Register of the GMC, or have a CCT date in Histopathology within 6 months of the date of interview. The interviews will be held in February 2019.
